How to obtain organization ID from Connect App

Hello,
I would like to use the Rest API for Teams through a Connect App
https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/teams/components/team-public-rest-api/

It seems I need to obtain an organization ID. Is it possible to obtain the organization id from a Connect App? Maybe through cloud id?

Those docs don’t indicate any Connect support. I’m pretty sure those APIs won’t work with Connect JWT.
