We recently created a plugin for Jira data center and wish to publish it in marketplace. Even the technical review is approved but when trying to publish it on marketplace, we can see the message saying Partners cannot publish any new Server apps.
- So is this applicable for Jira Data center too?
- With this, a user can perform app installation only by uploading the .jar file, or is there any other recommended way?
