How to Reterive category Attchmented files?

Hi,

I am using JIRA 7.13.0 and smart attachment version 2.3.3
and there i am using REST API such as
https://baseURL/rest/attach-cat/attachments?issueKey=issue

but now this API is not supporting smart attachment 2.3.3
and JIRA 7.13.0 is disebled attachment feature. such as check image:

and smart attachment is not supporting REST API.

So, Anyone can suggest me How to Reterivew the attachment ids?
