How to troubleshoot anything wrong with the app descriptor?

I have an app working in production correctly. When trying to install the app on a devel environment (with changing the key of the app), I get this screenshot. Could we (developers) have more information to troubleshoot? A more useful message would likely help to troubleshoot and significantly improve the developer experience.

I have also other issues: on some account, my app is correctly installed while it cannot be installed on others. The only message I have when I try to install the app is “The app could not be installed”. Note that this message appears only after I validate the installation (and the name of the app appears). There is no request made other than getting the descriptor.
