We configured the HRIS S3 connector and it seems to have run successfully as we see “Indexed in Teamwork Graph” and “Up to date” labels.
However we always see “0 objects” in the Teamwork Graph column. This connector seems to be a blackbox. We can’t tell when it ran and if there were any errors in the file.
What’s the best way to debug this?
Hey @GirishReddy, the fix for 0 objects count has been rolled out to production this week. Are you still facing this issue?
Yes @MuditJuneja . We setup the HRIS S3 connector a couple of days back and still see 0 objects.
We also created a Custom websites connector and it shows 250 objects loaded. But HRIS connector always shows 0 objects even though we have the 3 files (workers, positions, organizations) in the bucket and the connector has “indexed in teamwork graph” tag.
