HTTP 403 - Forbidden

Hello Community!

I have a forbidden error for all rest API Calls only for one client instance. I created a ticket in atlassian ecosystem that contains all details: [FRGE-1394] Invocation Errors only for one productive Instance after Migration - Ecosystem Jira (atlassian.net)

Logs:

[ERROR]::ea586da5-f06f-4696-8001-c2903db6dc02::ProjectService.findProjects causing an error
- HTTP 403 - Forbidden
- [object Object]

Any idea what can be the issue?

We fixed the issue. It was the IP allowlisting.
we added all IPs used by forge platform to the allowlist and it works as expected.
