I am developing Timesheet App for Jira. I need to do JSM integration where my customers end-cutoemrs sees in Jira Sevice Management detailed work-logs reports that way super-visors of my App do need to send manally MS Excel exports for end-customers that make all manual jobs unneeded and then customer save a time and time is money.

I tried to do this with Visual Studio Code Copilot AI agent by Vibe-coding but Copilot do not success and tells me needed API features is missing on Forge API. Is this true or not. If true where I raise Marketplace Partner Support ticket as this API improvements to done from Atlassian side?

I haven’t developed a JSM app but I can see that there are several Forge modules for JSM that supports customer access so I would start there.
