I can not publish a new forge app, while I have some apps already shared here. The apps all have been deployed to production

I can publish a new forge app a week ago the same way.

The problem is solved, the vendor has to be the same as developer space. The same developer space must have shared apps

Edit your developer space in console and make sure your account is admin.
