Impossible to build JSD Server from sources

I have spent whole day today trying to build jira servicedesk from sources.
I have to conclude that it is impossible and available source code is useless.
Can anybody from Atlassian fix that?

  1. For example: atlassian-webresource-webpanel-webpack-plugin needed to build project is not published anywhere.
  2. There is not a single page describing how to build jira service desk. Jira server has different procedure and requirements.
  3. README.md present in sources archive contains links to confluence space that nobody has access to.
