Including common javascript functions in the javascript supporting my blueprint wizard

Hi all -

I have created several wizards and ended up copying and pasting functions between the javascript that is supporting the .soy template. How can put them into a separate javascript file and make them visible from within my wizard?

Are these wizards in a single plugin? Separate plugins? Can you possible show the structure of your atlassian-plugin.xml file, or some of it including the Wizard and Web Resource definitions?
