Are there any Plugins or sample code for sending data from DC version to S3 bucket so we can use AWS Quicksight?

Atlassian built a migration tool that puts data in S3:

That might be more complicated than what you need and it doesn’t really shape the data in a way that is useful for business intelligence tools. Broadly speaking, getting Jira data into a “reporting shape” is pretty complicated.
That’s one of the reasons Atlassian is also working on a data lake solution:
Although most of that post is about Jira Software Cloud, there is a comment about a feature called “Data pipeline” that would be similar in the Data Center offering. You can see that’s still forward-looking on our roadmap:
