Intermittent "Looks like you took a wrong turn" while trying to access vendor's Forge app details

Hi all,

I have troubles editing new Forge app details & versions details in Marketplace vendor page.

I have 2 apps with same name (an old Atlassian Connect one, and the new Forge one). They have different marketplace IDs, and the Forge app has its Forge/Platform ID. Both apps show identical last deployment date, which can not be the case.

But when I click on Forge (or Connect) app to edit it, I sometimes get an error message. Clicking again works, which looks very strange.

As this may be related to presence of orphaned Atlassian Connect app, I created ticket ECHOHELP-103064, as it is preventing to move forward releasing app to market.

On console side, I see:

FeatureGateClient version conflict (5.0.0 vs 4.26.5)

  • 401 on feature flag API: “Invalid apiKey”

  • GraphQL operations GetManageAppsHeader / GetManageAppVersionHeader failed

  • CORS blocked on api.atlassian.com/metal/ingest

May anyone have any clue about the root cause of this intermittent problem?
