Is it able to customize Dynamic-table and Table-tree of Atlaskit

Dynamic-table has drag-and-drop function but not display as hierarchy with collapse/expand function.

Table-tree is displayed as hierarchy with collapse/expand function but not has drag-and-drop function

Is it possible to customize these 2 components to have full functions that I mentioned above?

I think you are looking for Atlaskit tree.
