Hello, I could not find anything in the documentation to configure access to Jira apps for users, who are not admins in my Jira. Is this possible?

The documentation on Integration apps seems to mention “admin” several times without actually stating that only Jira system admins can actually install apps. All users can see and request them, but only a user in a group with Admin access (ie granting the Jira System administrator permission) can perform install. There are no additional fine-grained permissions related to app management.
