Is the Confluence atl.general module coming to forge?

According to this documentation page this is planned, but I can’t find an issue on neither the jira board nor the trello board.

Does anyone know the relevant issue for this?

Wouldn’t that be https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/manifest-reference/modules/confluence-global-page/ ?

Hi Daniel,
thank you for the reply. That’s the global page but I’m looking for the iframe atop every page which is called “atl.general” in connect.

Hey Philip, apologies I need to update that page. atl.general is still on the to-do list but probably not on the immediate roadmap. At the moment, our focus in Confluence is rounding out the macro functionality (inline macros, macro bodies etc).

Hey @AdamMoore ,
thanks for clarifying! Sorry for asking and I understand that it’s hard to answer, but is this something we could expect sometime in 2023?

Hi @AdamMoore

It’s been over a year, and I think it’s still not implemented.
Is there a ticket we can vote on?

If it’s not public, can you please share the internal ticket ID so that we can speak with our TPM about it?

Thanks
Oli

Hi @oliver.straesser,

Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. I wanted to let you know that our team will be starting work on web items and web panels (including the Confluence alt.general module) soon. I am happy to keep you updated on the progress and have created an internal ticket here.

Best regards,
Jemma
