Is there a way to render Assignee, Component, Fix Version/s fields on custom dialog template

Hi Experts,

In one of the requirements, I would like to render following jira fields on custom dialog velocity

  1. Assignee
  2. Components
  3. Fix Version/s
  4. Description

Is there a way to render these jira fields? Or Is there any documentation for this?
