Some project in different systems cannot use cutom field id and name also vary. Is there any possiblities to map custom field without name and id.

I don’t think I understand what you mean by “map”. Maybe it would help if you could describe the process by which you are mapping. Is it through the REST API or Java APIs? Are you moving configuration between systems? Or only data?
