Issue updated event is not fired when Remaining Estimate field is updated by adding work log

Currently, I’m unable to listen on changes made in the Remaining Estimate field, any idea why the issue updated event is not fired after adding a work log? Only worklog_created event is sent.

Issue change history shows updated fields:

I encountered this a while ago.

I now use the worklog_updated webhook to catch changes in remaining estimate and time spent.
