Jira 8.15 EAP 02 released

We’ve just released the second EAP of Jira 8.15 (Data Center & Server). Here are the highlights of this release:

  • Advanced Roadmaps bundled with Jira Software (Data Center)
Advanced Roadmaps is now part of Jira Software, giving Data Center users access to its features at no extra cost.

  • Insight - Asset Management planned to be bundled with Jira Service Management (Data Center)
Although not yet implemented, we plan to bundle Insight - Asset Management with Jira Service Management, making it available at no extra cost.

  • Improvements to customer portals
We’ve added a bunch of improvements to Jira Service Management’s customer portals, including voting for requests, rich text editor, and the new look and feel of the Help Center where portals are now displayed as cards.

  • Security patches for jQuery
As announced earlier, we have now implemented security patches for jQuery. This introduces a breaking change, so make sure to read about it.

Hello @tbartyzel!! Does it mean that this will happen in 8.15, or you plan to do that in other release?

Hey! All things listed on “Preparing for Jira 8.15” are planned for Jira 8.15/Jira Service Management 4.15. Until actually implemented, they might still get postponed, in which case we’ll update the entries, but - yes - it’s planned for JSM 4.15. I’ll update it once it’s available in an EAP.
