We’ve just released the first EAP for Jira 8.20 (Data Center & Server).
Now, with this EAP, you can start testing Jira 8.20, which is planned to be a Long Term Support release. As such, it will not contain any new features but rather important fixes.

If you’re using maven.atlassian.com, make sure to download 8.20.0-m0003.
