Thank you Ian for your response, Let me be more specific to my requirements… Here are the details
We are looking to create a connector between our product and JIRA using JIRA APIs. Once the connector has been created, we would distribute the connectors to customers for use at their site with their instance of JIRA.
Since the customer deploys the connectors at their site, we would like any licenses granted to a customer would survive termination, as well as the ability to wind down the business post termination.
We are seeking to modify the agreement to accomplish the forgoing or statement that the use case falls within the scope of the API agreement.
