Jira Cloud API Call Limits Clarification

Hello,

I’m new to Jira Cloud and still exploring its features.
Currently, I have some heavy business logic where I’ve created listeners, and within them, I’m making API calls using asApp (for example, updating issues outside the edit screen and performing other API operations). My question is: what are the limits for these asApp calls?
Secondly, in the panel view when I open issues, I’m planning to make API calls to external systems and display the results in panels. Is there a limit for these external API calls as well?
Similarly, for UI modifications, I’m also making API calls to external systems—what are the limits in that case?

One last question:
Do Forge limits increase as the number of users increases?
