Hi team,

When the users perform a bulk update, our addon receives all the issues webhooks without any information to know if the operation was driven from a regular user change or a bulk change. Also, there is no information about “Send mail for this update” flag. We want to perform a different operation if the change is coming from a bulk change.

We have created this issue long time ago but no answer so far. Maybe there is a new light now?

Hi @fboucquez,

Thanks for raising this. Most apps probably respond identically regardless of whether a change is triggered by a bulk or single operation. I’ll make sure the appropriate Jira team is aware of this though.
