What is your favourite tip or trick for JIRA Cloud development?
I’ll start with mine:
If I want to quickly test something out (for a proof of concept, or to test new functionality) I always use Atlassian Connect Express (ACE).
ACE gives me the capability to quickly build a basic add-on and focus on trying one single feature without having to set up the basic add-on skeleton. It provides me with an add-on descriptor, a working example, and automatic registration and deregistration of my add-on.
Once I figured everything out in ACE I can rebuild the add-on in whatever language I want knowing how it will work and look inside of JIRA.
