I’m trying to rebuild a coherent context for what the possibilities for mobile support are for a Marketplace app. Let me summarize my findings thus far.
Forge
There is no support on mobile for Forge apps.
This Trello card (archived) makes it clear that the mobile support for Forge was deprioritized and is not being worked on: Trello
Connect
Connect apps making use of the following modules are supported on mobile by Jira Cloud: Issue glances, Issue contexts, and Right context web panel*
* This comes with the caveat that only Issue glances are going away soon-ish:
