Hello Community,

I am encountering an intermittent issue with my Jira Forge Custom UI in both production and development environments. The error message states:

.cdn.prod.atlassian-dev.net’s server IP address could not be found.

This issue occurs sporadically, disrupting the functionality of our custom UI components and is critical for our ongoing project. We have verified our network settings and ensured that there are no local network restrictions blocking access to the specified server.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Deploy the custom UI using Forge CLI.
  2. Access the deployed custom UI in either production or development.
  3. Occasionally, the error message appears.

Environment Details:

  • **Forge CLI Version:**9.3.0
  • Browser: Arc
  • OS: Mac

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  1. Checked network settings and firewall rules.
  2. Verified DNS settings.
  3. Cleared browser cache and cookies.
  4. Attempted access from different networks and devices.

Impact: This intermittent issue is blocking the use of our custom UI, impacting multiple users and critical functionalities.

I am facing the same issue, can you help me to fix if this already fixed?

After changing the network connection, the issue was resolved. It appears that Atlassian’s Custom UI CDN is not accessible from certain networks.
Initially, I was connected through a private router, but after switching to a mobile hotspot, it started working correctly.
