Jira Help Menu - not render properly in new UI

Hey…

I m facing jira help menu not render issue in new UI. Specific while I m accessing help menu from on of my Installed AddOn. From normal Jira page help menu is opening.

I don’t know where to begin. Could you provide a minimum test case to reproduce the problem?
