I am the product owner for a time tracking application. We have integrated Jira with our time tracking app, achieving one-way communication from our app to Jira. However, we have encountered difficulties in establishing the reverse flow from Jira to our app due to Jira’s various project templates and configurations. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in enabling this functionality. Could you please help us with this?
