I would like to ask that if there is a way to integrate JIRA with Oracle? For example, there is a problem in a JIRA ticket, the user wants to search this info in the ticket(move order etc.) to see the related solution in Oracle and have a knowledge base regarding the JIRA ticket.

Are you asking to see if there is an integration, or are you trying to write your own? If you’re just looking for an integration, you should ask on community.atlassian.com.
Or search the Atlassian Marketplace, which includes free and paid integrations you can use to connect Jira to other tools used by your team.
