Jira SD customer portal issue activity and details order

Hello community.
As do we all know, on Jira Service Desk Customer Portal request view is ordered by activity date descending (newest activities on top (comments, approvals etc.) and issue details on the bottom).

But is there a way, to display all this informations backwards? Issue details on top, right under them issue activities (comments, approvals, etc.) from oldest to newest and at the very bottom section when we can add comment and approve/decline issue?

We’ve been using some kind of plugin that could fire JS scripts on specified contexts, but it work really unstable with SD Customer Portal.

So, in brief, is there a way to manipulate SD Customer Portal screens (specifically request details screen)?
