Jira security dashboard - vulns status not updating

In Jira security dashboard using Mend security provided - Mend sync process looks perfect, all vulnerabilities are accepted by Jira, but still the dashboard shows wrong statuses on vulnerabilities. I see it also happened on Snyk integration: Security containers in Jira showing wrong vulnerability statuses | Jira and Jira Service Management | Atlassian Support

Is there an open issue for Atlassian on this? Thank you, Roy.

Hey Roy. I don’t have an answer for this but I’ve seen your other posts. I’m trying to figure out what to do as AWS is sunsetting their Jira AWS security center connector. But building a custom connector in Forge doesn’t seem to be an option. Did you solve it for yourself if Connect is not an option?
