Jira Service Desk Knowledge Base Customization

We are trying to build Jira Plugin which can inject our own knowledge base into customer’s Jira SD.

To. be concise, on customer portal of Jira SD, users will try to find the issue. When they try, we want to show results based on our own knowledge base using our own endpoints.

But could not find any relevant topics and documentations about this.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
