I am seeking to embed the service desk widget in our react single page web app so that it opens on a specific knowledge base page, based on the page/URL on which the widget is opened from by the user.
e.g.widget on ‘doughnuts’ page opens the ‘how to eat doughnuts’ article…
Does anyone know if it possible to customise the 'embed widget code (below) or do i need to connect via the API and use Context Parameters?
