JIRA Servicedesk Average time to first response

Hello All,

Is there any way to get the Average time to first response from JIRA servicedesk using REST API?

I need the same kind of reports from servicedesk where its shows the Average time to first response for particular days or for months.

Unfortunately, currently there is no way to get reports from JSD via API. There is a public ticket for this feature request where you can express your interest - [JSDCLOUD-3815] Add the possibility to get service desk reports using REST API - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
