Does anybody have a fix/hack for the Summary and Issue button scroll problem we see in JIRA and described in [JRASERVER-60118] Issue header isn't fixed when scrolling - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. . I want the summary and the buttons to be fixed at the top and not scroll away.
