jiraProjectPage PNG icon goes invisible randomly with Safari, has anyone else noticed?

Sure and thank you @mventnor for looking into this. The versions are as follows,
Mac OS 10.13.4 (17E199)
Safari 11.1 (13605.1.33.1.2)

More details: doesn’t happen with generalPages in Safari. Never happens with Chrome with any icons or pages. With Safari it seems to happen a bit randomly like 1 out of 10 times, and sometimes multiple times in a row when reloading or clicking the item etc. Sometimes the icon loads normally and displays like 1 sec before disappearing. Hope this helps.
