I’m a bit stunned. In order for us to be able to effectively demo our app to clients, it would be really helpful to have the capability to generate historical Jira data in Jira Cloud in one easy simple step without having to jump between JSON and CSV to get full fidelity for transitions, etc, which, according to JRACLOUD-38572, seems to be impossible.
How can this be? Why is this not a more important feature for Atlassian to deliver? And no, One Atlassian isn’t sufficient for us, it generates a meager amount of data and then asks you to (theoretically) wait for more data to be generated over time. That’s not an acceptable solution.
There should be a separate admin API that lets us do the whole thing. Create date in the past and transition history. What gives, friends?
