License requirement to view "user_login" audit events via Organization REST API

We are downloading “user_login” audit events via the Organization REST API. Our endpoint request resembles:

GET https://api.atlassian.com/admin/v1/orgs/{{org_id}}/events?action=user_login&from=1701388800000&to=1701475199000

The request successfully returns results. However, we are curious what Atlassian license is required to have access to these “user_login” audit log events over the REST API. Do you only need Atlassian Access or JIRA performance/standard?

I have a partial answer. I can say authoritatively those audit logs are considered a feature of Atlassian Access, not a tier of Jira. You could get those events using free tier Jira by paying for Atlassian Access. It would be odd but it would work.

But I do not know how that feature of Atlassian Access is licensed. That’s a business question best answered by our product & licensing experts in customer support.
