Hi. I am using the REST API to get the contents of the page body in html however I can’t seem to find a DTD or schema for the AC or RI tags. This causes problems when parsing the information. I am aware of a project that created one but it was unofficial and was last updated 2012 (Confluence - Complete documentation and samples). Is there an official DTD or schema for the AC or RI namespaces?

No DTD as far as I know but there is a page that details the format: Confluence Storage Format | Confluence Data Center and Server 8.0 | Atlassian Documentation
