Macro Config Forge UI Kit missing HelperMessage

Hello @mpaisley,

Hope you are well. As mentioned during Atlas Camp 2025, we would like to use the Macro Config with UI Kit components but HelperMessage is missing from the list and we are blocked from using it.

Can you suggest an alternative or advise if it will be added in the near future? We would like to use UI Kit where possible but missing some standard components like this makes it difficult.

We are currently using the placeholder as a replacement for the missing HelperMessage/description. Having the HelperMessage available, however would be nicer.

Thanks for reaching out.
I think I actually have a solution for you, but I’m still working on a little sample.
Adding Custom Configuration to a macro should allow you to create more complex macro configurations than the configuration options available in the classic macro editor.
I’d recommend you look at this guide for the moment,
