Macro propertyPanel not showing in the new editor

I wanted to add a button to the macro property panel following the documentation. However, I could not see the button show when the macro property panel open. I could see this in the old editor.

Is this feature not supported in the new editor?

This is not currently supported in the new editor—if you want to add custom functionality, you should put it behind the edit button (not 100% sure how to do this in Connect—just providing info)

I just ran in to this. It would be helpful to have some information about editor support in the documentation. Macro Property Panel
