Markeplace support ticket link to distribute OAuth 2.0 (3LO) apps is not working

Hi,

I created an OAuth 2.0 (3LO) app and wanted to enable sharing and eventually make it public on the Atlassian Marketplace.
As described in Distributing your OAuth 2.0 Apps, when I tried to got the Marketplace Support Service Desk, a not found page is being shown.
