Marketplace listing is failing

I tried to upload my app then saw that in pricing dropdown free was showing up. No get paid by atlassian option was there. so I canceled it and figured out that we have to enable license for that. Which i did in .yml file and then pushed it to production.
Then i am getting this error:

From the error, it looks like your attempt to “cancel it” did not work as expected. Maybe check to see if you have an incomplete app listing and check the options under that. If you feel like you are missing options for your app, it might be best to ask our Marketplace and Developer support.
