I’ve been tasked to create a customer dashboard for all our projects and curious on which plugins might be helpful to use? As it stands we have a basic license - however plan to add confluence etc.
As it stands - The basic dashboard has ‘Created vs Resolved Charts’. However I think OTS JIRA doesn’t have a MEAN TIME gadget for the dashboard.
Any help would be appreciated?

It’s a little difficult to determine what, exactly, you are asking for. You seem to be asking for advice about the existence of a Mean Time dashboard gadget and simultaneously about the existence of third party plugins “which might be helpful” for something or other to do with that.
But, your question is tagged with Forge and Forge-UI-kit, which infers you actually intend to build a custom Mean Time dashboard gadget, from scratch… so it’s not clear what any existing ‘plugins’ would be used for in that respect.
Perhaps you could describe fully what it is you are going to be doing and how?
