Mermaid code are not rendering image in Confluence

Hello,

Mermaid code was working fine and created the diagrams as needed, but for some reason it is not working now.
The code is correct no error in the code but image/diagram is not being rendered.

can you please help me with this.

Hi Ravi! That is strange, there have not been any changes to the app recently, and it does work for me. Could you share a minimal reproducible example of diagram that does not work for you?

Hello,

Thank you for reply, I checked with my admin and got to know that our free trial ended so, would that be the reason the diagram is not displaying.

Hmm you must be using some other app, my app is free and does not have a trial version.

I am using Mermaid Diagrams for Confluence

Steps to reproduce :

  1. I open confluence page
  2. Use code /mermaid
  3. Select the app “mermaid diagram for confluence” it is with green logo.
  4. Provide diagram name and code
  5. Diagram is generated
  6. Click Insert and diagram was displayed.

But for some reason from 13.06.2025 I am not getting diagram on the page when I “Insert” them.
Instead it is displayes “Mermaid diagram for Confluence” and no diagram

Let me know if this app is yours and if there are some correction that need to be made.

Hello,
We’ve just now pushed out a fix so please clean the browser cache and try again.
In the future, please use our official support channel as it’s a more direct and convenient way for tracking issues.
