My Jira admin has confirmed that the Mermaid Diagram Viewer was installed but it is not showing up in Confluence even after login out of the system and clearing cache and cookies.

Hi @AaronHord ! Where do you expect the app to show up? The app is triggered by hitting /and the typing “mermaid” to select the app macro.

@dhreben It is when I am editing a confluence page. Even though my Administrator confirms it was installed it’s not showing up.
Yeah, you seem to be doing everything right… I recon we should double-check if it actually is installed. The screenshot you provided shows user creation history, which indirectly confirms the app was installed at some point. Could you ask you admin to provide a screenshot with the list of current apps, also making sure the site associated with screenshot is the same as the site you are expecting the app to appear?
At this point this is just a generic advice, not specific to the app. As an app developer - this is not something I have control over. App is either installed and shows up - or it’s not, my code (that can be buggy and I can fix) is not being executed until app is invoked.
