We want to migrate one of our apps from Connect to Forge, and we need someone from Atlassian to assist us through the process. The app in connect uses hardcoded custom fields and we want to migrate them to Forge custom field type. Is it possible to get someone from technical support?

Thanks for asking. To migrate your app listing from Connect to Forge, you can follow this doc. However at this point, we don’t have the functionality to migrate issue fields data from Connect app to the Forge successor. You can watch this ticket for updates. Please do share your use case and requirements on the ticket to help us understand the need.
