I am struggling to find out if a webhook event was sent to us for a specific jira:issue_created event. Is it possible to obtain the correlationId for the event from Atlassian logs if I provide you with an issuekey and clientkey?

Thanks @KamilKozlowski . I am investigating this from a connect app point of view. In the support form I need to specify an instance but the instance belongs to one of our customers. How do I go about this?
You can provide the (affected) instance url in which you have your app installed and where the webhook events were triggered (and, for example, you suspect the webhooks were not sent). It will definitely help the supporters with filtering out the logs etc.
