Back in February, @isaacleaidir’s Keyboard Shortcuts for his app stopped working. He asked about it here, and was ignored:

Was that change delayed so that it could be rolled into:
This also broke my Keyboard Shortcut. 
My dev instance is in the Live Docs Beta, which also gave me the opportunity to opt into the New content layout that includes the new More Actions (…) Menu (I guess it’s no longer called Overflow) as documented here:
Anyways, thought other devs might want to know, and maybe Atlassian could fix it? I guess I should figure out where to file a bug. Oh if you wanted to test, I kept losing where to set the settings, so here’s a screenshot:
