Hi, I’m a Marketplace partner (vendor name: Data Insight Lab) trying to submit a support request about the automatic rejection of my Forge app listing for “Sprint Weekly”.

I’m logged into Marketplace with the same account and it’s the one associated with my vendor profile and app.
Could you please grant my account access to the ecosystem JSM instance (ECOHELP) and to the ticket associated with my app submission, or merge any duplicate internal accounts if that’s the issue?
I also did not receive an email regarding the details of the rejection, which is ultimately what I need assistance with.
Hi @AlexLutterbach , it seems you have been invited to ecosystem.atlassian.net, but have not accepted the invitation link the email that was sent to you.
I’ve now accepted the invite I just received right before your comment. However, the same issue still exists. When I go to developer . atlassian . com/support and select App Listing > Edit Your Listing, I am directed here:

My end goal here is to start a support ticket regarding my app listing submission in Marketplace so that I can get details as to why it was rejected. It’s now been a week since I received the auto-rejection
